We produce and sell pepper jelly, it's made with super hot peppers like Ghost Pepper, Trinidad Scorpion Pepper, and Louisiana 7 Pot Primo Peppers. These are some of the hottest peppers on planet earth. The seasonal products are quite palatable. The MILD products are good for most people who eat food. The HOT products will be too hot for some. If you order a Black Label Product you will be required to sign a waiver before payment is accepted. When you order our jellies, it is because you know they are hot. We love it the way it is, and we feel confident that you will too.

Return and Refund Policy

The Louisiana Pepper Jelly Company, LLC Return and Refund Policy:

What we will agree to:

Terms of return: within 30 days of original purchase
State of return: unopened
Reason for return: we will accept returns for mistakes that we made, if we send you the wrong product or it is damaged in shipment we will make it right.
Process for return: Send a message to the email listed below let us know what went wrong. We will go from there to make it right.
Process of refund: If a refund is required we will transmit the refund back to your method of purchase within 24 hours of our agreement to do so. We can not control how long it takes them to credit your account.
